How does Jaza Cargo™ by Diamant work?
If you require assistance with purchasing items from a vendor/marketplace in US or Canada, simply complete the easily fillable form and a representative will get back to you with the complete cost.
Upon your approval of the cost, payment of the product is due prior to a representative completing the purchase on your behalf.
The shipping costs to Nairobi are calculated after physically receiving the items at our warehouse locations in Canada or US as most customers will opt to have their items repackaged to save on volumetric weight charges.
The shipping dates are pre-set every month and shipments will have a transit period of 5-7 business days for delivery to our location in Nairobi.
All shipping charges must be completed in full prior to picking up of shipments.
We do not charge any service charge to purchase on behalf of our customers.
What if I have my own account set up with vendors or on marketplaces in Canada such as Amazon, Fashion Nova etc?
To use our shipping service, you would simply add our address in Canada as your default shipping address.

How does Diamant Returns Service work?
At times, online orders will not always turn out as expected. We understand this.
Diamant Returns Service only works for items purchased from vendors with a minimum of 30 days for returns.
For eligible orders, you can have your items shipped from Kenya back to the seller in US or Canada.
If you wish to have this service, there are two options:
- At the initial point of purchase (self) or us assisting with your purchase; a shipping rate of 22 USD/KG will be offered. This rate has the Return Service Option included. Once confirmed and if your online order qualifies for a return, shipping from Kenya to US or Canada will be free. Items containing Lithium-Ion Batteries will require a 30 USD battery check fee at the time of shipping. The extra cost for delivery to the seller’s address will be charged extra and will be determined prior to your online order being received at our US or Canadian address.
- If at the initial point of purchase return service was not selected and paid for, the shipping cost from Kenya to US or Canada will be 13 USD/KG plus the extra cost for delivery to the seller’s address in US or Canada. Items containing lithium-ion batteries will require a 30 USD battery check fee.
If you have your own Amazon account and your item is eligible for a free return:
- If you shipped with us and selected return service and paid the return shipping rate, there will be no charge to ship from Kenya to US or Canada.
The item being returned must be accompanied by the Amazon return shipping label prior to being accepted at our Kenya location. Items without this shipping label will be considered as not qualifying for the free Amazon return and the delivery charges to Amazon’s fulfilment warehouses from our US or Canada locations will be due immediately upon confirmation.
- If you did not ship with us and wish to return your item, a shipping rate of 13 USD/KG shall apply. The item being returned must have the free Amazon return label. Items without this shipping label will be considered as not qualifying for the free Amazon return and the delivery charges to Amazon’s fulfillment warehouses will be due immediately upon confirmation.
Ensure you check with your seller on their return policy prior to selecting return service or initiating a return from Kenya to ensure compliance. Diamant Company LTD is NOT responsible for any shortcomings or conflicts that may arise between yourself and the seller UNLESS purchasing service was provided by our personnel and the item is eligible for a return.
Please note that the minimum standards for all orders being returned include but are not limited to:
-Reasons for return
-Items must be returned in like-new condition
-Tags must be intact
-Deadline for returning the item policy from the seller/vendor or marketplace must be a minimum of 30 days
If there are exchanges, they will be assessed new shipping charges from Canada or US to Kenya.
If there are refunds, items that were purchased through our purchasing service shall be refunded once the seller issues a refund to our account. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I ship my items from different regions in US and Canada to Kenya?
All shipping of items to Kenya from US and Canada must begin from our loading facilities. If you are located outside of these regions,
-You can simply ship the items to our addresses
-We may be able to offer return shipping labels at an extra cost that you would affix to your shipment and either drop off to the carrier’s access point or if you opted for pick up service, have the carrier attend your address for pick up. For this service, you will be required to provide your shipment’s dimensions and weights in order for us to issue a return shipping label.

To assist us track your shipment effectively and plan efficiently for shipping, we require email or phone notification of any inland deliveries enroute to us as soon as you have dropped off the shipment to the local carrier.

If we do not receive notification of items enroute to us, there will be delays with your shipment.
An easily fillable CLIENT INTAKE FORM™ will be shared with you to capture all shipment information including the recipient’s information.
We do not open packages to verify the items. You will be required to sign a shipper’s declaration section under the CLIENT INTAKE FORM™ affirming that the contents of your consignment.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping rates, both ways are:
For a chargeable weight of 0-3 KG: Flat rate of 60 USD (This is our Diamant Document Services and includes all envelopes, mailpaks etc not exceeding a chargeable weight of 3 KG)
For a chargeable weight of 3.1 KG and above: 13 USD/KG
Items containing lithium-ion batteries charged 30 USD battery check fee.
If Volumetric Weight is greater than the actual weight, it will be the chargeable weight. This applies for bulky items that occupy a large volume of space but do not have a high actual weight such as TVs.
Volumetric weight calculation in KG is:

The charges cover the movement of your shipment from our location in Toronto, New Jersey, Delaware and Nairobi.
Delivery to areas outside of these locations is charged extra and will depend/vary according to the Postal/Zip Code, package weight and package dimensions
Are there any handling charges?
No.
Do your charges include customs clearance ?
Yes. All our shipping charges are all inclusive.
Extra payment WILL only be required for delivery outside of any of our warehouse locations in Nairobi and both Canada & US
Do you offer Insurance options for shipments?
Completely optional for all Low Value Shipments (Less than 2000 USD) , yes, we do. The coverage provided is 5% of the value of the item. Higher value items (2000 USD and above will require either insurance coverage or a liability release waiver form.
What about delivery to my home?
Door delivery charges are extra and will depend on your location, shipment weight and dimensions.
What about shipping to other States or Provinces in US or Canada from Kenya?
This also works in the same way and will be charged the shipping rate which covers the movement of the shipment from our location in Nairobi to our receiving locations in Toronto, Delaware and New Jersey.
Delivery to regions outside of this will be charged extra and will be determined by the zip code/postal code and the shipment weight and dimensions.
I live in Kenya but want to sell my product (s) on Amazon/Etsy/eBay or other online marketplaces. How will this work?
You will initially need to create a seller account on these marketplaces and have your products approved for selling.
