If you purchased your item from a seller in US or Canada who accepts returns, we can facilitate the shipping from Kenya to US or Canada and forward the shipment to the seller’s address/warehouse location.
Eligible Return Orders
Prior to enrolling for this service, you must first confirm that the seller’s return policy is in line with our timelines and also ensure that the item to be returned meets the seller’s requirements
Diamant Return Services only works for items purchased from vendors with a minimum of 30 days for returns.
We must have the item to be returned no later than 15 days from the minimum return period. We will not accept return shipments dropped off later than this.
We will not verify the contents of the item to be returned and your package will not be opened, unless it’s done so by customs authorities for which photos of the packaging sealed with the customs tape will be shared.
The Service
If you wish to enroll in this service, there are two options:
- At the initial point of purchase (self) or us assisting with your purchase; a shipping rate of 22 USD/KG will be offered. This rate has the Return Service Option included. Once confirmed and if your online order qualifies for a return, shipping from Kenya to US or Canada will be free. Items containing Lithium-Ion Batteries will require a 30 USD battery check fee at the time of shipping. The extra cost for delivery to the seller’s address will be charged extra and will be determined prior to your online order being received at our US or Canadian address.
- If at the initial point of purchase return service was not selected and paid for, the shipping cost from Kenya to US or Canada will be 13 USD/KG plus the extra cost for delivery to the seller’s address in US or Canada. Items containing lithium-ion batteries will require a 30 USD battery check fee.
If you have your own Amazon account and your item is eligible for a free return:
- If you shipped with us and selected return service and paid the return shipping rate, there will be no charge to ship from Kenya to US or Canada.
The item being returned must be accompanied by the Amazon return shipping label prior to being accepted at our Kenya location. Items without this shipping label will be considered as not qualifying for the free Amazon return and the delivery charges to Amazon’s fulfilment warehouses from our US or Canada locations will be due immediately upon confirmation.
- If you did not ship with us and wish to return your item, a shipping rate of 13 USD/KG shall apply. The item being returned must have the free Amazon return label. Items without this shipping label will be considered as not qualifying for the free Amazon return and the delivery charges to Amazon’s fulfillment warehouses will be due immediately upon confirmation.
DISCLAIMER: Diamant Company LTD is NOT responsible for any shortcomings or conflicts that may arise between yourself and the seller UNLESS purchasing service was provided by our personnel and the item meets the standards of return according to the seller’s return policy.
If there are exchanges, these items will be assessed new
shipping charges from Canada and US to Kenya.
If there are refunds, items that were purchased through
our purchasing service shall be refunded once the seller issues a refund to our
account. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
